Our farm to table philosophy

The farm to table is an essential part of our philosophy of hospitality.

 

We’ve dedicated ten hectares of land to the production and promotion of sustainable agriculture and quality products that we serve in our restaurant.

 

We cultivate mushrooms, organic vegetables, seasonal fruit, aromatic herbs and sardinian varieties of red and white wine, that are vinified and bottled by a prestigious winery here in Sardina.

 

We endeavour to offer our guests a unique enogastromic experience.
